Our Story

Traditionally, customer experience is restricted to contact centers. However, there is an universe which is on either side of the contact center where a customer interacts with the enterprise through the different phases of the business process. Discover, Attract, Acquire, Serve, Retain. Cex Lab came into being with the vision of curating winning experiences across the customer journey  with its consulting and implementation services along with its suite of products both developed inhouse and from other OEMs.

We are a team of CX enthusiasts, with a combined experience of 100+ years in the industry who came together in 2018, started operations in India and expanded to the ASEAN countries within the next year. We are currently a 55 member team with offices in 7 locations across India and South East Asia. We have been growing at a rate of 100% year on year.
